Yeast, different kinds of mildew and bacteria in dairy products requiring a long seasoning or ripening period are completely removed and killed by special washing programmes conceived ad hoc by IMESA and combining a strong mechanical action with thermal shocks.
The product main feature and that pertaining to washing conditions entail a series of modifications to be carried out on the machines:
- Programmes tailored to specific needs enabling you to remove from the relevant cloths any residual cheese thus avoiding the development of fungi (thanks to an alternation of hot and cold water baths)
- Steam heating in replacement of electrical resistances which may be damaged by eventual production residues (thus sharply reducing energy costs),
- Peristaltic pumps, installed in case you wish to opt for disinfection products or products different from ordinary and traditional detergents
- Rigid washing machine functioning with microprocessor programming unit.
- In case of application/use inside the dairy factory, it is advisable to have a basement and a rear panel, not to mention screws and components made exclusively of stainless steel (humidity and casein).
