Today IMESA is the first company to supply washing machines provided with a technological innovation able to render the work of laundry owners much easier.

IMESA, together with the other two companies which have contributed to the project, has developed A TELECOMMUNICATION-BASED SYSTEM BETWEEN WASHING MACHINES AND RELEVANT COMPANY’S SERVER, enabling each machine to be monitored by and to “communicate” with the manufacturer.

Imesa is absolutely confident about the success of this project and as from January 1st 2008 has provided all washing machines* produced with this system.  Any purchaser of an IMESA machine will benefit from a sure and constant monitoring of the purchased equipment and on a unique technical support not provided by any other company on the market.

After signing the relevant contract sent with the order confirmation, the REMOTE ASSISTANCE SERVICE starts operating.

The GSM module assembled with the machine communicates directly with the IMESA central server.

Should an incident occur, which had not been anticipated, the logic card sends a signal to the modem and at the same time a message identified by an error code is sent to the central system in IMESA.  Once it has been decoded in IMESA, the information is sent to the relevant servicing center together with the customer data and a file containing the solution of the problem.

The telecommunication system also entails other advantages of a considerable nature such as the management of planned maintenance. We all know how important a correct ordinary maintenance of the equipment is to prevent any possible damage, to keep performance unaltered, and to have a machine which lasts longer.

The above-cited system renders tailoring the programming of the machine to specific needs even easier. Thanks to communication via GSM you can switch on and off the relevant programmes from a remote area: the technician in the assistance centre can therefore tailor the programmes of the washing machine to the needs of the relevant laundry, without necessarily having to go to the laundry in question.

FEEDER FOR MCM Models

IMESA presents the new feeder for MCM drying flatwork ironers. Thanks to this new available function,  one operator alone can load linen into the drying flatwork ironer, even in case of long model (ex.: 3200mm long for king size sheets)

The benefits are: just one operator, less costs, shorter working time, more productivity.

The feeder is available on drying flatwork ironer equipped with folder only. It is recommended to place the order for the machine already complete with both devices. Due to the difficult feeder mounting operation on the machine, we do not suggest to assemble it on an existing drying flatwork ironer with folder.

The system consists of two central pneumatic clamps that “catch” the sheet’s angles.

The operator push the START button on feeder and the clamps pneumatically open. The photocell stops the clamps once the linen is completely stretched.

The brushes mounted at the bottom of the machine, allows a perfect stretch of garment in the bottom side. 

Once the linen is fully stretched, the feeder stars work by moving the upper edge close to the hand-safe bar.

Than it stops.

The clamps open, the garment falls upon the feeding belts that  drags the linen into the ironer.

The feeder moves back in front of the operator who is ready with the second linen.

The feeder can be excluded by pushing the proper button on the touch screen. Therefore the drying flatwork ironer can work in basic version as well.
